Founded in 2004

Garey and Greg Willbanks founded TEAL in Houston, drawing on their family’s boiler experience and a new approach to managing central plant equipment.

That foundation continues in our work today: efficient and reliable managed water infrastructure. Our capabilities span water heating and cooling serving a variety of customers and facility types.

Based in Houston, Texas, the TEAL team combines practical equipment knowledge with technology that supports long-term care.
