Overture 9th & Colorado is a nine-story, 255,000-SF high-rise senior living community with two-story underground parking located in the Hale neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The 55+ development includes the signature Soul lifestyle and wellness program which consists of fitness classes, education, and social events focused on individuals’ health and happiness. The active adult apartment building was designed with a modern aesthetic and includes other luxurious amenities such as a sky lounge on the ninth level with a panoramic view, a high-end pool with an outdoor kitchen, as well as a reading lounge and library. With sustainability and energy efficiency in mind, a TEAL Aquatherm system was installed to accommodate 207 luxury units ranging from 520- to 1,350-SF with hydronic heat and unlimited domestic hot water.
