YOO on the Park is a 25-story urban high-rise residential development located near Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. With ESG measures in mind, a TEAL system was installed to provide residents with unlimited and on-demand domestic hot water. The apartment building includes an aesthetic that incorporates greenery, state-of-the-art technology, as well as premium amenities such as a 24-hour concierge and billiards room, a high-end saltwater pool, a fitness center with an outdoor HIIT station, as well as a game room with a virtual golf simulator. For this project, the Developer, The Trillist Companies, partnered with YOO Design Studio, a London-based architect, to design 245 units with a creative European-inspired lifestyle approach, including bed walls for hiding closets and unique living room angles.
